Fresh Salsa

3-4 green onions finely chopped
1/4 red bell pepper finely chopped
1-2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 tsp salt
Juice from 1 lime
1-2 T Red wine vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped cilantro
1 quart tomatoes diced to the sized you want in salsa (de-seed to get rid of liquid or use Roma's)
Mix and let sit for a few hours before serving. Serve with chips or Mexican dishes.
