This is great alone or in Burritos
Fry together in skillet
1 c. white rice
4 Tbs. Veggie oil
Add:
½ C chopped onion
2 tomatoes chopped
2 Tbs. Cilantro
2 c. Chicken broth
1 clove garlic
Stir till boils. Reduce to simmer cook covered for 14 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with fork then cover for 5 minutes.
