Great for Tacos, Burritos, etc.
1.5 lbs chicken cut into chunks or strips
1 c. pineapple juice
¼ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Lemon pepper
( ¼ tsp chili powder—optional if you like hot & spicy)
Combine all and cook chicken completely. Then add:
½ c cold water
2 T Corn starch
Bring to boil again and boil 2 minutes until think.
