Calazones Dough

Makes 1 Calazone or 2 pizzas

2 cups warm water
2 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
4 cups flour

Roll out onto a large cookie sheet until 1/4" thick. Cut with scissors into a circle and fill with toppings. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Toppings:
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni
Sausage
Ham
Bacon
or
Feta cheeses
Tomoates
