Pie Crust

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shortening (can use 1/2 c shortening & 1/2 c real butter) blending until mixture is in pea-sized chunks. Add 4-6 Tbsp ice water. Mix dough with fork until it rolls into a ball. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Roll out into a pie tin.
Note: It doesn't matter if this falls apart you can piece it back together in the pan. A good trick is to fold it in half and then quarters and use a spatula to help get it up without breaking.
